BREC has the capabilities to assist our clients with investigating flooding issues, assessing the risk and developing solutions for developments in resolved flood areas. Our experience has included preparing FEMA map revisions, and evaluating the aquatic resource impact associated. We utilize GIS analytical tools, hydrologic and hydraulic models, and comprehensive field surveys to assess and develop plans to evaluate the impact of flooding. Our staff has extensive knowledge working with FEMA, local state agencies to address for development concerns.
